At DFW, we offer delivery services designed to make receiving your furniture simple and convenient. The delivery options available for your order will depend on the size, weight, and type of item purchased.
Small Parcel Delivery
Smaller items such as lamps, rugs, mirrors, accent pillows, small lighting, décor, and select accent furniture are typically shipped through trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx.
These items are delivered directly to your shipping address and do not include in-home placement, assembly, or packaging removal.
In-Home Drop Off Delivery (Threshold Delivery)
Scheduled delivery to the immediate entryway inside your home.
Threshold Delivery includes bringing your furniture inside the first dry and secure area of your residence, such as inside the front door, foyer, or garage.
This service does not include room placement, assembly, setup, or removal of packaging materials.
Ideal for customers who prefer a simple and cost-effective furniture delivery solution.
Platinum White Glove Delivery
Scheduled delivery to the room of your choice, including professional setup and packaging removal.
Our Platinum White Glove Delivery provides a premium furniture delivery experience. Our delivery team will:
- Deliver your furniture to the room of your choice
- Place the furniture where you want it
- Perform basic assembly and setup when required
- Remove and dispose of all packaging materials
This service is designed to provide a hassle-free experience, allowing you to enjoy your new furniture without the heavy lifting or cleanup.
Please ensure pathways, doorways, staircases, and elevators are accessible for delivery prior to your scheduled appointment.
