Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Vaughan-Bassett provides a Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What Is Covered
- Structural integrity of furniture frames
- Manufacturing defects in wood components
- Joinery and assembly workmanship
- Drawer construction and function
- Factory-installed hardware systems
If a defect is determined to be manufacturing-related, Vaughan-Bassett will repair or replace the defective component at their discretion.
Warranty Duration
- Coverage applies to the original purchaser only
- Valid from the date of original delivery
- Applies under normal household use
(Commercial use or rental applications may void standard coverage.)
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or finish fading
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Improper assembly or modification
- Exposure to extreme temperature or humidity
- Freight or handling damage after delivery
Natural variations in wood grain, texture, and color are considered inherent characteristics of real wood and are not classified as defects.

- Clean with non-abrasive wood cleaners only

How to File a Warranty Claim
