13. TRADE, DESIGNER & B2B ADDENDUM

The following terms apply to Trade Accounts, Designers, Builders, Hospitality & Project Orders:

• Trade discounts are non-transferable
• Custom, COM, bulk, or project orders are final sale
• Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Design approvals and specifications are the responsibility of the trade client
• DFW is not liable for project delays, site conditions, or client-side changes

Separate trade agreements may apply where applicable.

14. FRAUD PREVENTION & SECURITY

DFW reserves the right to:

• Cancel suspicious orders
• Request identity or payment verification
• Refuse service to prevent fraud or abuse

15. FORCE MAJEURE
