Limited Warranty Coverage
Frames & Structural Components
Hydeline frames are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use. Our frames are built to last, using durable hardwood and reinforced construction techniques.
Seating Systems & Mechanisms
Springs, reclining mechanisms, and motion components are covered against manufacturing defects to ensure proper function and lasting performance.
Leather & Upholstery
All leathers and upholstery materials are warranted against manufacturing defects, including issues related to stitching and construction. Natural variations in leather grain, texture, and markings are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
Cushions & Padding
Seat cushions are warranted against abnormal loss of resilience under normal residential use. Slight softening over time is expected and part of the natural break-in process.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear, including natural leather aging and patina
- Color variation or markings inherent to genuine leather
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, or commercial use
- Fading or discoloration due to direct sunlight or heat exposure
