Warranty Coverage

Frame Construction — Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Luonto furniture frames are constructed from kiln-dried hardwood and engineered plywood, designed for strength and longevity. We warrant the structural frame components against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original owner.

Sleeper Mechanisms — 10 Year Limited Warranty

Luonto sleeper and motion mechanisms are engineered and manufactured in-house for superior reliability. We provide a 10-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

Seat Cushions & Suspension — 5 Year Limited Warranty

Seat cores, suspension systems, and support components are covered for five (5) years against loss of resilience or structural failure due to manufacturing defects.

Mattresses — 3 Year Limited Warranty

Sleeper sofa mattresses are covered for three (3) years against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal softening or comfort preference changes are not considered defects.

Fabric & Leather Upholstery — 1 Year Limited Warranty

Upholstery coverings are warranted for one (1) year against manufacturing defects such as seam slippage or fabric flaws. This does not cover wear, fading, pilling, or damage from improper cleaning.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Fabric fading or dye transfer
Pilling or stretching of upholstery
Damage from pets, burns, cuts, or accidents
Improper cleaning or use of harsh chemicals
Commercial or rental use unless pre-approved
Transportation or in-home moving damage

Warranty Service Process

Should service be required:

Contact the authorized Luonto retailer where the purchase was made.
Provide proof of purchase and photos of the concern.
Our team will evaluate and determine the appropriate resolution — repair, replacement, or parts service.

All warranty services must be approved by Luonto or an authorized representative.
