Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Crestview Collection warrants its furniture products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise specified.
What the Warranty Covers
- Structural defects in frames under normal use
- Manufacturing defects in joints, welds, or assembly
- Defects in workmanship related to factory-applied finishes
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including fabric softening, minor finish variations, or patina development
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, or abuse
- Changes due to environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature fluctuations, or sunlight exposure
- Fabric, leather, or finish variations that are inherent to natural materials
