Every order shipped from DFW is fully insured for transit protection.
While shipping damage is uncommon, furniture and home furnishings travel through multiple handling points during transit. If your order arrives with visible damage, please notify us as soon as possible so we can begin assisting you immediately.

- Inspect your order upon delivery whenever possible.
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- Any shipping labels
- If possible, record a short video showing the damage.
